3. This includes unsubscribe info that we might need in order to unsubscribe people who have actively unsubscribed (so that they don’t start getting emails in the future by mistake)
4. Results in a well segmented database that you can start working with immediately for both sales and marketing purposes.

Process of creating this solution:

1. Initial consultation to understand and advice around which kinds of lists you have today.
2. You send us all your lists according to our recommendations. We may guide you on how you can export these from your current systems.
3. We analyze your lists.
4. We may ask further questions.
5. We clarify your database strategy and discuss it with you.
6. We import, including building the segments you might need.
7. We demo to you how your database looks and how you can now work with it.

We will import for you: Depends on complexity (if it’s only Contacts, or also Accounts and Opportunities). We will give a cost estimate to you based on the time we believe it will take (standard hourly rate).
