If your old implementation plan is out of date or if you need to create a new one, we’ll discuss your goals, do an account review, suggest items for your new roadmap, and decide on it together.
We will then be able to work proactively towards your goals, whether they be training goals or solution implementation goals.

Process of creating this solution:
- We will perform an account review, which involves internal reviews as well as interviews with you, to understand your goals and bottlenecks.
- Based on this, we will propose solutions we believe can help you.
- We will discuss the solutions to you and finalize an implementation plan together.
Once you have a new implementation plan, we will be able to work proactively with you to reach your goals.
What this costs to implement:
Included for all customers, as part of the License Implementation Hours.
If you want a formal Account Review report from us in a PDF format which you can share internally, we charge $750 to create this.
