What this solution gives you:
- Register your Leads to FunnelBud CRM automatically, by adding a bcc email.
Include the provided email in bcc, and reply or send a new email to contact. The contact’s information like name and email will sync to FunnelBud.
- The solution will allow you to add up to 10 contacts through one email.
How does the integration work:
We will provide you with an email address.
You will then need to include this email address as bcc to the email you send to your new contacts/Leads.
The automation will trigger, as soon as your email arrives in the bcc Email Inbox.
Automation then sends contact information to FunnelBud CRM. And following actions will take place.
- Create or update a contact in the FunnelBud.
- Add the contact’s First name, Last Name and Email.
- Add the contact to a campaign like “sent from bcc”. [campaign name can be of your choice]
If the sender’s email account do not have contact name, then the lead’s First and last name will be blank.
- We will add custom fields to store the Sender information:
- From email – email address from which the lead was created or updated.
- From person name – Save the name of the sender. If the lead is new and the sender name matches an existing user in FunneBud then that user will be assigned as the contact owner. [ optional]
- Email notifications will be sent for each contact added successfully. [ optional]
All contacts should be added in the To: field. CC: contacts will not be added to FunnelBud.
How do we deliver this solution:
- Workflow requirements: You might also need some actions to occur when a new lead is added to the CRM. For example, change lead status or add contacts to a specific list.
- Scoping – We will send a brief document that will summarize the outcomes you should expect from this solution. And any other related information.
- Configuration – After your approval, we will implement it.
- Testing – We will test to ensure that everything works according to what was agreed upon. After internal testing, we will send you the test cases and you will have at least 2 days to test the integration.
- Delivery – Once you’ve tested and everything is working properly, we will send you an email to sign off on the solution.
- Training – We will create a help document and training video for your future reference.
Cost to implement:
- One-time setup fee = $350
- Ongoing Support & Maintenance fee: $25/m (includes Zapier account by FunnelBud)
**Support – Support is provided in case of any issue found in the existing solution.
Additional Services and Costs
- Any Outsourced Work – $65/hour. Outsourced work like Editing forms, creating forms, creating emails, landing pages etc.
