This solution integrates your Oneflow contract management app with FunnelBud. It will send and create a  contact automatically into FunnelBud when a contract in Oneflow is “Sent” or “Signed” by any party.  Also, an opportunity can be created if the counterparty type is a company.

What this solution gives you:

  • Register your Oneflow contacts automatically to Funnelud when a contract is sent or signed.
  • Create opportunities related automatically in Funnelbud for the contact created/updated when a contract is sent or signed.

How does the integration work:

  • We will need access to your Oneflow account to configure Integration settings.
  • A Send or Sign action in Oneflow will trigger the automation and send contact information to FunnelBud.
  • Following resulting actions can be set up in FunnelBud
    • Create or update a contact in the FunnelBud.
    • Create an opportunity in Funelbud.

How do we deliver this solution:

  1. Information gathering – We will understand how the solution should work for you.
  2. Understand follow up actions – We will understand if something should happen to the contacts and opportunities in FunnelBud after they have been created. For example, change lead status, create an opportunity or update subscribe/unsubscribe status.
  3. Scoping and materials – We will create a scoping document and send it to you for approval.
  4. Configuration – Based on the scope of work defined in step 2, our team will connect Oneflow and FunnelBud via a Zapier integration and set up necessary automations such as adding contacts to a list, creating a sales task or assigning tags or labels.
  5. Testing – We will create a Test Cases document and ensure that everything works as expected. After performing an internal run through of tests, we might also ask you to run a few tests.
  6. Training – We will create a help doc for your future reference and provide solution training to your team over a video call.

Cost to implement:

  • One-time setup fee: $550
  • Ongoing Support & Maintenance fee: $15/m (includes Zapier account by FunnelBud within reasonable limits)
  • Changes to the solution after building it: Hourly fee
