What this solution gives you:
- Register your Oneflow contacts automatically to Funnelud when a contract is sent or signed.
- Create opportunities related automatically in Funnelbud for the contact created/updated when a contract is sent or signed.
How does the integration work:
- We will need access to your Oneflow account to configure Integration settings.
- A Send or Sign action in Oneflow will trigger the automation and send contact information to FunnelBud.
- Following resulting actions can be set up in FunnelBud
- Create or update a contact in the FunnelBud.
- Create an opportunity in Funelbud.
How do we deliver this solution:
- Information gathering – We will understand how the solution should work for you.
- Understand follow up actions – We will understand if something should happen to the contacts and opportunities in FunnelBud after they have been created. For example, change lead status, create an opportunity or update subscribe/unsubscribe status.
- Scoping and materials – We will create a scoping document and send it to you for approval.
- Configuration – Based on the scope of work defined in step 2, our team will connect Oneflow and FunnelBud via a Zapier integration and set up necessary automations such as adding contacts to a list, creating a sales task or assigning tags or labels.
- Testing – We will create a Test Cases document and ensure that everything works as expected. After performing an internal run through of tests, we might also ask you to run a few tests.
- Training – We will create a help doc for your future reference and provide solution training to your team over a video call.
