CRM Training (Post-rollout)


FunnelBud conducts an online or on-site training with your sales team to get your team on the same page on how to use the CRM. This training is an additional training conducted after the onboarding phase, based on need.

Perfect to onboard new team members or go through new solutions and sales processes that have been implemented since the last training was conducted.

What this solution gives you:

A complete foundational training of the CRM and how to use it. We will go through:

  • How you work and your sales process
  • The Inbound process and MQL/SQL leads
  • How to perform the most common sales operations and work with the CRM
How the training is delivered:
  1. We will have a discovery phase, which involves working with you to scope your needs and expectations. It also includes FunnelBud preparing the training by going through your account and summarizing which solutions you have in place today.
  2. We conduct the training online or on-site based on your preference (see costs for each below). The training session is usually 1-2 hours depending on your need. It should include people from management, marketing and sales for best effect.
  3. After the training, FunnelBud will follow up with you about needs that were discovered during the training phase. We will discuss with you which of our other Solutions may be implemented to address those needs.
  • Online training (basic license & up): Included (max 1 every 2 years). After that, same cost as below.
  • On-site training or additional training aside from what’s included in your package (all license packages): $1200.
  • Non-customers (online or on-site): $2600 (includes understanding the account, incl. understanding the setup, interviews, goal setting, training and post-training follow up).

Note: If you have 5 or more participants, we highly recommend an on-site training because it will help with engagement.
