What this solution gives you:

We will have a one or two sessions with your main power user to understand if improvements to the CRM need to be made, then help you make those improvements, followed by training of your sales team.

The improvements may include:

  • How you work and your sales process
  • How you handle leads
  • If you can automate parts of your job or make things easier for salespeople
  • If you need additional reports and what kind of reports you may need
  • If you need to edit fields, automations, setups in your system.
How this solution is delivered:
  1. If your primary need is to train your team, we will send you our training video page and ask that all users look at that: Help video page with training videos (Swedish). While watching these videos, we will ask you to create a shared document where your salespeople can add all their questions for the follow up trainings.
  2. We will answer the follow up questions if possible.
  3. If you want to take the opportunity to improve your sales process, we will have a one or two meetings with you (the power user, either from Marketing or from Sales). Before our first meeting, we will send you document with questions you can fill in, so we can prepare in the best way possible. During the meetings, we will discuss those questions deeper and agree on what changes should be made in your CRM.
  4. We will help you implement those changes, or you can outsource them to us for a cost. In most cases, this should be done before we train your team (if you want the customized training in the final step).
  5. Once we’re happy with the chances made, we’ll have one or more paid training sessions with your team. We may do one or multiple sessions, depending on how many users you have, and if you prefer “one big training session”, or multiple smaller sessions with internal discussions in-between (we recommend the latter!)
  • Preparation and adjustment steps (1-4 above): Included in Basic package and up
  • Training step (online): 1000 kr per hour, incl. preparations.
  • Training step (on-site): 1500 kr per hour, incl. preparations and travel.
  • Non-customers: 1700 kr per hour for all steps.

Tip: For most customers, it’s enough to simply improve your setups using the already included recurring meetings with your marketing automation consultant who can guide you forward, and then using the pre-recorded Swedish training videos to train your users.
