Integrate Zendesk support system with FunnelBud


This solution integrates your Zendesk support contacts with FunnelBud. It will also sync the latest ticket id and URL created in Zendesk with FunnelBud.

What this solution gives you:
It syncs your FunnelBud contacts with the Zendesk support system and stores ticket information under contacts and accounts.
How does the integration work:
  • When a contact creates a Zendesk ticket, basic ticket information will be sent to FunnelBud and, saved under the contact with the same email address as in Zendesk. Information stored under
    • Contacts
      • Latest ticket Id, latest ticket URL, created date, and the total count of tickets by the contact.
    • Accounts
      • Total count of tickets for all users.
  • When an opportunity is marked as Won in FunnelBud, the primary contact’s information is sent to Zendesk and a new contact is created or updated if already exists.

If the contact’s organisation already exists in Zendesk with the same name then the contact is assigned to the same organisation else a new organisation will be created.

Zendesk uses a unique method to sort tickets. As a result, the only tickets that find their way into the “Recent Tickets” view will trigger the integration and this may cause inconsistencies. To avoid this confusion, we recommend you to create a custom view for whatever tickets you want to have trigger this integration. 

Cost to install:

    • One-time setup fee = $350
    • Ongoing Support & Maintenance fee: $25/m (includes Zapier account by FunnelBud)

Support and Maintainance: 

    • Support is provided for issues in any existing set-up.  Support does not include modification or upgrade.

Additional Services and Costs

  • Any Outsourced Work – $65/hour. Outsourced work like Editing forms, creating forms, creating emails, landing pages etc.   
  • Note: Custom workflow (if needed ) will be scoped and charged separately based on custom requirements. The fee will be added on top of the one-time setup fee as per your plan.
