  1. New leads with a non-business address will not be qualified. Instead, they will go to a separate “Long Form Lead Nurturing” flow.

  2. They will get nurtured with 12 emails over 12 months.

  3. If they click on 2 of these emails, a task will be assigned to your sales team to research if this is a real lead, and follow up with a standard message to see if this is a real prospect who wants to have a meeting.

  4. Your standard lead qualification process will be edited so that people with a free email provider domain will be excluded.
