What this solution gives you:
- Sends contacts to FunnelBud when the contact is hired in your ATS app (Recruitment system) e.g. TeamTailor, Ponty, etc.
- Add contact to nurturing workflows and automated sales reminders in FunnelBud.
How does the integration work:
- We will analyze if your ATS application supports Zapier integration or Webhook triggers or needs a custom Integration.
- We will need access to your ATS Account to configure Integration settings.
- A contact update e.g. status/stage/tag change to hired will Trigger the automation.
- Following resulting actions can be set up in FunnelBud:
- Create or update a contact in FunnelBud.
- Add contact to a nurturing workflow. Here’s our standard recommended recipe, but it will be customized to fit your scenario:
- After 4 weeks, they will get an email congratulating them and wishing them well at the job along with some tips on how to succeed at their new job. It will also ask them to provide their new work email address so that you can keep in touch by clicking a link and filling out their email in a form.
- 2 weeks later, they will get some additional tips on how to succeed at their new job.
- 3 months later, they will get an email asking how it’s going and what they would score their company by going to a Landing page. On that page, there is a question about whether they might consider hiring someone else into the team.
- Also: Create a task for the responsible salesperson to follow up personally.
- After that, they’re added to the general newsletter list and start receiving regular updates about potential new recruits.
How do we deliver this solution:
- Information gathering – We will gather information about how the solution should work.
- Scoping and materials – We will create a scoping document and send it to you for approval.
- Configuration – Based on the scope of work defined in step 2, our team will connect your ATS and FunnelBud via a Zapier integration.
- We will set up workflows in FunnelBud for the actions which can be automated—for example, adding contacts to a list, creating a sales tsk or assigning tags or labels.
- Testing – We will create a Test Cases document and ask you to perform testing.
- Training – We will create a help doc for your future reference and provide solution training to your team over a video call.

- Ongoing Support & Maintenance fee: $0
Assuming this can be done with Zapier and follows the standard recipe or slight variations of it. For custom API integrations or advanced special workflows, we will charge differently.
- One-time setup fee = $650
- Ongoing Support & Maintenance fee: $75/m (includes Zapier account by FunnelBud)
- Support – Support is provided in case of any issue found in the existing solution.
After handing over the solution to you, you can make edits in your workflows as per usual. If you want us to make additional edits, we will charge our standard hourly cost.
