Ensure that you set correct expectations with your clients about how you’ll collaborate, what they can expect from you, and what you expect from them in order to realize the promised results, during the sales process (for example after the first meeting or demo). Do this with an automatic reminder containing a customizable email template to the sales person, or an email that goes out automatically at a certain stage.

What this solution gives you:
  1. When you reach a certain step in your sales process, FunnelBud will automatically create a task with an email template or send the email to your customer.
  2. The email will give the customer an explanation of how you work with them if they become your customer, and link to a downloadable PDF that details step by step what they can expect from your collaboration, and what is expected of them to reach the results they are after.

Optional components:

  • Building a “How we’ll work with you page” and linking to that from the email and document – $400 (one-time, on a FunnelBud landing page, custom price on your own site, or included in your Implementation Hours if you have our Managed Website service)
  • Building the “How we’ll work with you” PDF and email that you want to send (workshop and production included) – $850 (one-time)
Process of creating this solution:
  1. We will have an online workshop (1h) with you where we will give you some examples of this solution in real life, and decide in which step of your sales process it is most appropriate to send, and if you want it to be sent automatically or create a reminder with an email template for the sales person to send.
  2. We will build the “solution skeleton”, including the automations and example content.
  3. We will update your help portal with links to the various assets and documentations, so that you can add the final touches and turn it live (or update it in the future if needed).

Optional components:

  • If you want us to build the email and PDF content for you, we will have an additional two workshops. After each workshop, we’ll create a draft or edit it.
  • If you want us to build the page for you (requires the PDF to be created first), we will have two additional workshops where we will present and edit a draft of of the page.

Included for all clients (Basic and up) within the included Implementation Hours, except for the extra components mentioned at the top of this page.
