What this solution gives you
  • A contact sync between HubSpot and FunnelBud Go with option to build one-way sync (FunnelBud >> HubSpot or HubSpot >> FunnelBud) or two-way sync (FunnelBud <> HubSpot).
  • A complete process that describes information flow between the systems: which information to sync, when to sync them and what happens when the information is received. Please check flowchart below.
  • In addition to syncing, it will create HubSpot engagement activities for the most common activities, such as Form Submissions, Page Visits, Email Sends and Opens, Lifecycle Change events, and Custom events (such as for example if a contact in FunnelBud gets a certain lead score). This means, your salespeople can see all the important activities directly on the contact record in HubSpot.
  • Optionally, if you have other types of contacts in HubSpot (customers, partners, cold leads, etc) that are not in FunnelBud Go, you have the option to send them to marketing for nurturing.

 

Contact Sync

  • The condition for sending contacts to HubSpot is flexible. For example, when a contact signs up on specific forms, accumlates a certain lead point, etc – the contact is sent to HubSpot.
  • The contact in HubSpot can be assign to a salesrep, added to a list, or an associated deal can be created.

 

Contact Activity Logging

 

  • Tracked activities in FunnelBud such as page visits, form signups, email sents and opens, etc will be logged in the synced contact’s activity timeline in HubSpot.

  • We need an access to your HubSpot account and the conditions that contacts must meet before they are sent to HubSpot.
  • We will setup everything based on the standard integration process for HubSpot.
  • When the integration is done, we will deliver that solution to you, show you how it works and provide a user documentation.

Basic Clients

  • FunnelBud will charge a one-time fee of $150 to implement the sync and an additional $75/m support, upgrade and maintenance fee.

Standard and Premium Clients

  • The setup of this implementation are included in your license pricing.
