What this solution gives you
- A sync between PipeDrive and FunnelBud with option to sync contacts, accounts and/or opportunities. Note: For FunnelBud Go clients, we can only sync contacts and accounts.
- A complete process that describes information flow between the systems: which information to sync, when to sync them and what happens when the information is received. Please check flowchart below.
- In addition to syncing, it will create visitor tracking activities in Pipedrive for the most common activities, such as Page Visits, Email Clicks, Lifecycle Change events, and Custom events (such as for example if a contact in FunnelBud gets a certain lead score). This means, your salespeople can see all the important activities directly on the contact record in Pipedrive.
*Coming soon for FunnelBud Go*: We will soon also add Email Send sync. This means your salespeople will see directly on the contact card in Pipedrive if marketing emails, event invites, and automation emails were sent to the contact.
How we will deliver this solution to you
- We need an access to your Pipedrive account and the conditions that contacts must meet before they are sent to Pipedrive.
- We will setup everything based on the standard integration process for Pipedrive.
- When the integration is done, we will deliver that solution to you, show you how it works and provide a user documentation.
What this costs to implement:
FunnelBud will charge a one-time fee of $150 to implement the sync and an additional $75/m support, upgrade and maintenance fee.
