What this solution gives you
- Woodpecker – FunnelBud integration
- An outbound prospecting process to help you manage the leads generated from cold emails
How this works
- Cold email list will be imported to Woodpecker
- Initial email will be sent to list in Woodpecker
- Email will include link to a webpage with a FunnelBud form
- When prospects opens, click a link or reply to the email, or are manually marked as Interested in Woodpecker, they will be sent over to FunnelBud
- When they are sent over to FunnelBud, email sequence from Woodpecker will be stopped
- The following steps will happen in FunnelBud:
- Assign leads to “Woodpecker – [Name of cold email campaign]” to indicate source
- Save standard lead info as well the name of the campaign from Woodpecker
- Save cold email status as opened email, clicked link, replied to email, marked as interested to indicate which action in Woodpecker triggered the sync
- If the lead did not signed up on the form from Woodpecker email, send an email from FunnelBud with a CTA link to establish tracking
- Add the leads to a new process which can include any of the following:
- adding to a list
- adding to nurturing sequence
- creating an opportunity and adding to a sales pipeline
- sending to the CRM (if using a 3rd-party CRM)
How we will deliver this solution to you
- You need to sign up for an account in Woodpecker and do the required setups to be able to send a cold email.
- You need to provide us access to your Woodpecker account so we can integrate it with FunnelBud.
- We set up the integration and build the outbound prospecting process in FunnelBud.
- Please note that you need to provide all content for emails, form and landing page. We will use existing asset templates but if you want to create new ones, we can build them for you at an additional cost.
Cost to implement:
- One-time setup fee = $150
- Ongoing Support & Maintenance fee: $70/m (includes Zapier account by FunnelBud)
- Support – Support is provided in case of any issue found in the existing solution.
Standard and up:
- One-time setup fee = $0
- Ongoing Support & Maintenance fee: $0
- Upfront payment: $150+$70(for the first month).
- Maintenance: $70/month onwards
- Any changes or upgrades from the scope will be charged on an hourly basis.
Additional Services and Costs
- Any Outsourced Work – $65/hour. Outsourced work like Editing forms, creating forms, creating emails, landing pages etc.
Note: Custom workflow (if needed ) will be scoped and charged separately based on custom requirements. The fee will be added on top of the one-time setup fee as per your plan.
