Custom Built Advanced Report

What it is and what it can do

We will build a custom-built advanced report for you.

The reports can be completely customized to your needs. Almost any data in FunnelBud and other systems you are using can be connected to a single source, to create almost any report you can imagine.

Tip: Can you draw an idea of what kind of report you want on a whiteboard? Then there’s a good chance we can build it, with live data from both FunnelBud and other systems you are using.

All your reports will be gathered into a single dashboard with pages for each of your advanced reports, all in one place.

Prerequisites or cost

The reporting package costs $49/m + initial cost to build the report(This depends on the type of report requested and the hours it will take to build by our reporting expert).

Five standard reports are included in that package, and then there is an extra monthly support and maintenance cost for each additional report you have.

Connecting data outside of FunnelBud into your reports may cost extra as that requires additional data connections we have to build and maintain for you.

Delivery process

1. We will scope your requirements. This phase may take a few meetings to fully flesh out so that we know exactly what types of reports may be needed to reach your business goals.
2. We will build a proof of concept based on mockup data.
3. We will iterate on the proof of concept based on feedback from you until we have exactly the reports you need.
4. We will make the necessary system changes if needed, connect the reports to live data, and document everything in your help portal.
5. We will go through the reports with you in online meetings. If any changes in how salespeople log things are necessary, we will discuss how to best onboard them to the new way of working.
