What this solution gives you:
  • Register your FunnelBudFlex contacts automatically with to GoTo Webinar.
  •  Sync your GoToWebinar registrants with FunnelBudFlex CRM
  •  Categories synced contacts into segments based on the following Filters
    • Webinar Registered
    • Webinar Attended
    • Webinar Not Attended
How does the integration work:
  • The GotoWebinar Integration plugin is activated and configured. 
  •  With this solution, the contacts who registered for your webinars via the GotoWebinar app, are synced to FunnelBudFlex CRM.
  •  Contact registered can be segmented based on the following filtering criteria
    • Webinar Registered
    • Webinar Attended
    • Webinar Not Attended
  • You can also register your contacts for webinars using FunnelBudFlex Standard forms.
  • This solution only works with Standard forms. 
  • One Standard form can be used for one/all webinars in your GotoWebinar Account.


How do we deliver this solution:

  •  Information gathering – We will provide you with a Set up document with step-by-step instructions and details of what we need from you.
  • Configuration and Set up – We will create a Support Ticket with FunnelBudFlex to activate GotoWebinar Integration.
    • You will need to generate a Client ID and Secret key from your GotoWebinar Account. As it authenticates the application to enable data transfer. We will provide you with a training video on how to do it.
    •  We will set up the Integration and configure it for up to 1 form. 
  • TrainingWe will create a help doc for your future reference and provide videos on how to configure it in future for new webinars or new forms


Cost to install:

  •  Basic, Standard and up:
    •  One-time setup fee = $0
    • Ongoing Support & Maintenance fee: $0. 
Support and Maintainance: 
    • Support is provided for issues in any existing set-up.  
    • For FunnelBudFlex or GotoWebinar platform issues, please create a support ticket on the respective platforms


Additional Services and Costs

  • Any Outsourced Work – $65/hour. Outsourced work like Editing forms, creating forms, creating emails, landing pages etc.   
  • Note: Custom workflow (if needed ) will be scoped and charged separately based on custom requirements. The fee will be added on top of the one-time setup fee as per your plan.
