What we will do:
This is a consultation and implementation where we will discuss key triggers in your sales process that can increase the chances of closing a deal.
Based on that, we will suggest 1-3 critical points where a case study will be sent to your customer.
Then we will implement it for you in the system.
The rules and case studies sent will be highly specific to the products you are offering to the customer.
If you don’t have case studies or need more, we will connect you with our partner Top of Heart, a leading customer loyalty and referral sales firm, to produce them for you.
3-10 key training moments that will really make a difference, and together with you record small “micro-training” videos that can train your salespeple.
Afterwards, we will build this into your CRM, and automate the sending of these training videos to your salespeople if they miss critical elements of the process in their deals.
