Send your leads from LinkedIn Ads Lead Gen Forms to FunnelBud Flex

What this solution gives you:

• Send your leads from LinkedIn Ads to your CRM automatically.
• Create or Update a contact automatically to FunnelBud Flex.
• Save custom fields and campaign name as Lead source in FunnelBud Flex.

How does the integration work:

• We will need access to your LinkedInAds account to configure integration settings.
• When a new form response is received via your Leadgen forms, it will trigger the automation and send the Lead information to FunnelBud Flex.
• We will save any custom data from Linked In Lead gen Forms to the custom fields in Flex.
  • Please note that you should create all the custom fields in FunnelBud Flex and provide us with the list with the corresponding  LinkedIn Lead Gen Form fields.
• LinkedIn Ads campaign name will be saved in the Lead Source field.

Account Required
You must be a Company Page Admin or assigned as a Lead Gen Form Manager for the Page. Also, you must be an Account Manager or Campaign Manager on the ads account. 

Lead Forms
As part of this solution, either one LinkedIn lead gen form or new leads across all your account forms will be sent to the CRM. 

How do we deliver this solution:

1. Information gathering – We gather the required information to configure the solution for you.
2. Configuration –  We will set up the integration.
3. Testing and delivery –  After performing an internal run-through of tests, we might also ask you to run a few tests. And deliver the solution after your review.
4. Training – We will create a help doc for your future reference and provide solution training to your team over a video call.

Cost to implement:

• One-time setup fee = $250
• Ongoing Support & Maintenance fee: $25/m (includes Zapier account by FunnelBud)
