How this works
- When prospects interact with your campaign, based on the event that occurred, contacts can be added or removed from the CRM(Sharpspring or FunnelBud).
- So when a LinkedIn member connects, replies, or withdraws an invitation, those contacts can be synched to FunnelBud.
- The following steps will happen in FunnelBud:
- Custom Field Synched from Salesflow is set to True.
- Assign leads to a campaign “[campaign name]” to indicate the source and enable you to plan a customised nurturing sequence for the prospects.
- Save standard lead information, Linked In Message as well the name of the campaign from Salesflow.
- Add the leads to a new process which can include any of the following:
- adding to a list
- adding to nurturing sequence in FunnelBud once contacts opt-in.
- creating an opportunity and adding to a sales pipeline
- sending to the CRM (if using a 3rd-party CRM)
How we will deliver this solution to you
- You need to sign up for an account in Salesflow.io and do the required setups to be able to run the LinkedIn campaigns.
- You need to provide us access to your Salesflow account so we can integrate it with FunnelBud.
- We set up the integration and build the outbound prospecting process in FunnelBud.
- Please note that you need to provide all content for emails, forms and landing pages. We will use existing asset templates but if you want to create new ones, we can build them for you at an additional cost.
- We provide you training on how this integration works in for future campaigns synch.
Cost to implement
Basic:
- One-time setup fee: $150
- Support and maintenance: $50/month
- Zapier: $20/month (waived if you already have a Zapier account with us)
Standard and up:
