What this solution gives you:

- A process that automatically sets the contact as qualified, assigns the lead to the Outlook campaign and assigns the Outlook owner as the owner of the lead

How does the integration work:
- You create a folder in your Outlook contacts (suggested name: Sales prospects)
- If you want to send the contact to FunnelBud, you add it to the folder
- The sync will check if the contact has an email address or not
- Contacts with no email address will not sync to FunnelBud
- For contacts with email address, the sync will check if email already exists in FunnelBud or not.
- If it exists, the contact will be updated
- If not, a new contact will be created
- Synced Outlook contacts will be set as Qualified lead and will be assigned to the Outlook campaign. The Outlook owner will be assigned as the lead owner of the contact.
- You need to activate your Mail Sync to connect your Outlook inbox to FunnelBud. Once enabled, email communications with the contact will appear in the Life of the Lead.
